Between Pinède Village and Beach, La Villa opens the doors to its Haven of Peace. On the edge of Pinède, 5 minutes walk from the Village center (with its market and restaurants) and 600m from the Beach (water activities and restaurants); breathe the sea air of Ré La Blanche, explore the Island by bike, take advantage of the Garden and the Wellness Area to recharge your batteries.

  • Arrival and installation

    We welcome you on the parking lot side, announce your presence via the intercom or by calling us on 05 46 00 26 70 .
    We will accompany you to your first parking lot and put you in your room.
    You will then have your key and badge. You must return them to Reception when you leave.

  • Private parking

    Enclosed with access by digital code or badge given by reception.

  • Schedules

    Arrivals take place between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., departures take place between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Outside of these hours, please contact us to provide you with the necessary information.
    The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
    Breakfasts take place from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
    The swimming pool is open from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Bill payment

    When you booked, you paid a deposit or prepayment. The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. Extras will be settled before departure.

    To clean your room, please use the signs provided for this purpose. Ventilate your room, turn off the air conditioning/heating.

  • Animals

    Our animal friends are not allowed on the Property, with the exception of guide and therapy animals.

The Breakfast Experience

at the Villa

More than just breakfast, experience our Breakfast Buffet and treat yourself by starting your day with a gentle awakening. Breakfast of homemade products, local products and selected quality. Mini Bars are not refrigerators. They are made available for the drinks that we place when you choose this option.

Any findings resulting in waste management and additional cleaning services will result in a billing of €30/day, in addition to your stay.

The voluntary collection of household waste is located in the direction of the beach, a 3-minute walk away.

Preparing your Room

Ensuring cleanliness, order and comfort takes time.

The Housekeeping Staff provides work that guarantees the first requirement of a hotel: having a clean room. Rooms are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11 a.m. on the day of departure. And this is to ensure ventilation time, disinfection time, and finally cleaning and repair time for the room.

Beyond cleaning, availability, discretion, sense of observation and anticipation, adaptability, rigor and know-how are mobilized.
