Between Village Pinède and Beach, La Villa opens the doors to its Haven of Peace. On the edge of Pinède, a 5-minute walk from the Village center (with its market and restaurants) and 600m from the Beach (water activities and restaurants); breathe in the sea air of Ré La Blanche, explore the Island by bike, enjoy the Garden and the Wellness Area to recharge your batteries.

  • Arrival and installation

    We welcome you on the parking side, please indicate your presence via the intercom or by calling us on 05 46 00 26 70 .
    We will accompany you to your first parking spot and settle you into your room.
    You will then be in possession of your key and badge. You will need to return them to Reception upon departure.

  • Private Parking

    Enclosed with access by digital code or badge provided by reception.

Bike Home

For insurance reasons and battery charging costs, bike reception is charged €7 per day.

  • Schedules

    Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, and check-out is between 8am and 11am. Outside of these hours, please contact us for the necessary information.
    Reception is open from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
    Breakfasts are served from 8am to 10:30am.
    The swimming pool is open from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Invoice payment

    When you made your reservation, you paid a deposit or prepayment. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Extras will be paid before departure.

    To make your stay easier, we have beach games and parasols available.
    If you don't bring your own beach towels, "ma Cabane sur la Plage" offers beach linens at the Bois Plage market, open every day in season.

  • Room service

    To clean your room, please use the signs provided. Ventilate your room and turn off the air conditioning and heating.

  • Animals

    Our animal friends are not allowed on the Property, with the exception of guide and therapy animals.

The Breakfast Experience

More than just breakfast, experience our Breakfast Buffet and treat yourself by starting your day with a gentle awakening. Breakfast made with homemade, local, and selected quality products. Enjoy it in the dining room, under the awning in the heart of the garden, or on the terrace under the shade on the rising sun side. Homemade breakfast served buffet style.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Book your breakfast by 9:00 p.m. the day before. Room service is available at an additional cost.

  • In order to preserve water, one of our most precious resources, and reduce its consumption, we invite you to place the laundry you wish to change in your sink, shower or bathtub.

  • In order to limit energy consumption such as electricity, make sure to turn off the lights every time you leave your room.

  • Remember to close the windows when you turn on the heating or air conditioning.

  • The Villa is committed to the environment by sorting its waste and yours, by repairing all malfunctions, by limiting its energy consumption.

Wellness area open from Easter to All Saints' Day. Out of respect for the environment and our resources, heated swimming pool when the outside temperature allows swimming (mainly from June to September).

For hygiene and waste management reasons

Minibars are not refrigerators. They are provided for drinks that we stock when you choose this option.

Any findings requiring additional waste management and cleaning services will result in a charge of €30/day, in addition to your stay.

Waste sorting

The voluntary contribution of household waste is located towards the beach, a 3-minute walk away.

Preparing your Room

Ensuring cleanliness, order and comfort takes time.

Housekeeping staff ensure a job that guarantees the primary requirement of a hotel: a clean room. Rooms are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11 a.m. on the day of departure. This ensures adequate ventilation, disinfection, and finally, cleaning and renovation of the room.

Beyond cleaning, it is availability, discretion, a sense of observation and anticipation, adaptability, rigor and know-how that are required.

The prevention of risks to everyone's health and business, above all by improving and maintaining good working conditions but also and above all by providing customer service.

Laundry processing outsourced by a professional laundry, washing in accordance with the recommendations of the RKI (Robert Koch Institute).
